Happy New Year's Eve / Plans For Next Christmas

Plan for next Christmas--whipped cream, strawberries, and mini choc chips. I think a bit of whipped cream on the top of the cap is possible.

    1. Belinda,
They look fun and easy to make, besides being cute. Love them.

  2. I tried those strawberry santas when my kids were small - they're much harder to make than they look! a marshmallow instead of the whipped cream would be easier!

  3. The strawberries could have a spoonful of cheesecake for the head. You can buy already made cheesecake in the dairy case.

    1. angie,
Another good tip. Thanks. Maybe I will make Santas this summer to test the recipe and technique and what is best/easiest for the head. I was already think of cream cheese with something whipped in.

  5. Those egg Santas are too cute! I don't know if I would take the time to make them, considering how quickly ordinary deviled eggs get scarfed up at a gathering. I would get frustrated seeing all my hard work gone in mere minutes!

Love the idea of cheesecake for the strawberry Santas. You could use a melon baller to get a nice round scoop!

    1. Sue,
I imagine the Santa eggs would go fast. I suppose I would have to suck it up and watch people enjoy them.

Okay, hoping the annoyances have gone away.
