Rucking for Your Health

 I am recovering from my worst fall ever. And, I have a uti. So, read about rucking tonight.

I will have to try Rucking.

Urspo talked about this. Not sure when or where.

  2. I'm so sorry to hear you have fallen and are suffering with a UTI. Your suffering with the UTI may have been a cause of the fall.

    Yes, rucking is a great activity to build strength and endurance. Having strong muscles is important as we age. That is what protects the bones.

      I am quite certain the uti was a major contributor. This is the hardest fall I have had since 1993 when I fell down the concrete steps that were frozen over in the blizzard of that year.

  5. I'm sorry about the fall and your UTI. I hope you can rest well and recover quickly.
    Unfortunately, I don't think rucking is in the cards for you've recovered from both. Still, it is very interesting to read about!

      Thanks. I am working on recovery. I cannot walk with a water bottle in my hand. I need my core before I ruck anything or I will fall over!
