Alice, I am quite certain the uti was a major contributor. This is the hardest fall I have had since 1993 when I fell down the concrete steps that were frozen over in the blizzard of that year.
I'm sorry about the fall and your UTI. I hope you can rest well and recover quickly. Unfortunately, I don't think rucking is in the cards for you've recovered from both. Still, it is very interesting to read about!

I'm so sorry to hear you have fallen and are suffering with a UTI. Your suffering with the UTI may have been a cause of the fall.
ReplyDeleteYes, rucking is a great activity to build strength and endurance. Having strong muscles is important as we age. That is what protects the bones.
