Water

For the first time since Oct. 28, 2014, I have water. For a long time it was no water, then it was inadequate water.  Despite spending $2000 dollars for plumbing, the plumbers left me with a line but not enough water coming through it.  They put in a faulty regulator and declared it good. No, they would not respond to my calls. Details later. This lasted from 7 am until 12:45 pm. So, a nap is in order after I awoke with only four hours sleep and a nightmare.

  1. So glad to read those words. You certainly have been shorted on your workers. I know it is hard to find reliable people to work on your house. It is no different here in Ohio. We compiled what we call a bozo list and it's a long one. Two weeks ago we ran out of propane and I had to boil water to wash dishes. But at least I had the water to boil. I had to do this a week. I would make a terrible Pioneer.

    1. carol,
I don't mind sharing the names of the bozos with others. These were city workers and very good at their jobs. I am too old to be a good Pioneer!

    1. Cindi,
I could not believe it was happening to me. Yes, unbelievable. I felt so disheartened. Plus, friends said they would come figure it out. Not one even showed up to look at the problem. I call them ex-friends now!

  3. Yay for you! At least I think yay? Your post seemed like you had it but then sounded like there were issues? So do you finally have good running water? We're hopeful for you!

Okay, hoping the annoyances have gone away.
