I just saw this online and was thinking of you. You can store up to 100 gallons of fresh water with it. You say they sometimes turn on the water for you to get some things done, You could fill this while the water is turned on. Hope it helps.
I am a Mental Floss junkie. One of the guys who started it went to Indian Springs School locally so I heard about it before their launch. I have been a faithful reader since then. If you (the universal you) don't care for tongue in cheek satire and want just absolute information than you might like The Smithsonian better. Personally I love both of them, but Mental Floss is closer to my true nature (smart ass)
Chickens are the king of everything. We are their corn flingin' serfs.
ReplyDeleteCherdo,
ReplyDeleteLOL...corn flinging serfs. So true. I love chickens.
That's cute.
ReplyDeleteOnly certain people would enjoy that picture...lol.

ReplyDeleteAnne,
DeleteInteresting! Yes, the smart ass component is appealing. Thanks for the info.
Chickens are also close relatives of ducks. I learned this yesterday listening to NPR.
ReplyDeleteSnow,
DeleteI did not know that, but just sort of assumed they were with no evidence. Thanks.
