 April 18

steps 4,380

I was so tired, I could not do more.

I awoke dizzier than the day before. So, I did not take a muscle relaxer. After a bit, I had a pain in my left ear that was excruciating. It was a an earache causing me problems. But, when your balance is gone, it won't matter why you fell.

Tommy gave me his walker to go to bathroom and followed using canes because he was afraid I would fall.

I am taking antibiotic and taking measures to help my clogged Eustachian tube.

I feel too bad to type anymore.

    1. Belinda,
Thanks. Right now, I cannot sleep!

  2. I get the dizziness when I am having sinus issues which I have had since I was 2. I take a Tylenol sinus and it usually helps quickly. Or the Otrivin nasal spray which my doctor recommended years ago. Hope you feel better soon.

  3. Oh, Linda, I hope you get a break soon from all these maladies. You just keep getting run over by one thing after another.

It's sweet of Tommy to follow you, but he can't stop you from falling and will likely get hurt trying to break your fall.

Better than he stay where he is and grab the phone in case you need an ambulance.

  5. Linda, I'm concerned. Dizzy can be caused by heart issues, and by a vertebrobasilar ischemic stroke or tia (ministroke). It's not always an inner ear thing. And, sudden ear pain isn't always what it seems...
I would get this checked out, please?

    1. meetsy,
I was concerned, too. Then, it went away by night by stopping the allergic response. Monday, I will call. I have had this earache for about three years, but nothing helps. Thanks for caring.

Okay, hoping the annoyances have gone away.
