All I can do now is fight it off.

Hold your nose and swallow. Sometimes that helps the ear. The problem probably lies with the Eustachian tube. I eat horseradish sauce from Arby's, Hall's mentholyptus--both to relieve the ear problem. These might help you.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14991571309786149363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321084510373631678.post-89738376317922013492015-10-08T09:36:07.704-05:002015-10-08T09:36:07.704-05:00I've been MIA from the blogging world for a mo...I've been MIA from the blogging world for a month or two. Super busy.

I love Fall the season (the colors, cool temps, smells, & scary movies), but I'm in the same boat allergy/sinus wise. This has been the worst year EVER for me. I find that the fall is more of a problem as I age. I am wheezing, coughing, my eyes are itchy and teary, I would like to rip my nose off and install a tap and I have trouble breathing. The Fall was my favorite season but, alas!T'Polhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16207033510057896918noreply@blogger.com
